Create a truly enchanting celebration space with this GORGEOUS blush, white, and cream permanent botanical (artificial -faux flowers) flower décor package. Included in this rental package is a 7' x 7' MOONGATE ARCH adorned with Roses, Hydrangeas, and mixed foliage. A wooden WELCOME FLOWER BOX SIGN with a customized message and flower arrangement designed in the matching colour palette, two WHITE PILLARS, one FLOWER ARRANGEMENT in a CLEAR BEADED COMPOTE VASE, and two CLEAR BEADED CANDLE STICKS with ivory votives.
BKC4U will deliver and set-up this complete decor package to your venue on the day of your event in the designated area. Once the rented decor package is displayed it can not be moved by anyone after. The arch is assembled in a series of pieces and is weighted down and would require BKC4U employees to move it.
If you would like to have the arch and decor pieces relocated after the ceremony an additional "decor moving fee" will be charged for the flip. BKC4U will stay for the duration of the ceremony, once completed, the floral rentals can be moved during the cocktail hour to their new designated places for the reception.

Pick-up time is 10:00 PM on the day of the event.
IF A LATER PICK-UP TIME IS REQUIRED:
If a later pick-up time is required, pick-up times after 10:00 PM can be scheduled for an additional fee. Please email us to schedule a later pick-up and for the late pick-up rate. A link to complete your booking will be sent with the additional late pick-up request and fee.
IF A DECOR MOVING FEE IS REQUIRED:
If the rented decor package is required to be moved to a new reception location within the venue, please email us and provide the new set-up location details and the itinerary start times for the cocktail hour and reception. A link to complete the booking will be sent with the addition decor moving fee request and fee.
